An exceptional stay is not what we experienced, instead, the staff were so arrogant that they sent us a bill for 700 zl for cleaning, which was disgusting. This felt like stealing people’s money, and when ... says it works like a bank, the apartment and cleaning are supposedly included, yet there was no air conditioning.
