After booking, guests will receive information for self check-in.

There is a private garage and an underground car park 150 meters from the property.

The fee for using the garage or parking space in the car park is PLN 50 per day.

Advance booking is required as the number of places is limited.

Public parking in the neighboring streets is payable between 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The fee is 7 PLN per hour.

One-time fee for pets is PLN 40.

Please inform Arte-locum of your expected arrival time in advance.

Due to the change in tax regulations, NIP should be provided before paying the fee.

After printing a fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice.

Persons who require an invoice are asked to provide the data necessary to issue it at the time of booking.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.

Enter your request in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the details in your confirmation.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

For an invoice on a prepaid rate, enter your invoice request and company details in the 'Ask a question' box.

When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
