Beata was great from the moment we booked and stayed in touch the whole time, even helping with tips on the Xmas markets and nearby shopping. We took a cheap Bolt from the airport and trams were just 60p to get around. The apartment suited me and my mum well, had a coffee machine, and was perfect for catching up on laundry after a trip, with a nice balcony that’ll be even better in summer. It’s right by a huge shopping centre and just a 10-minute tram ride to town, so we’d definitely book again for summer.
