Keys for the Wierzbowa Street apartments can be collected at the reception located at 3 Wierzbowa Street, which is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

There is a deposit for the underground garage door remote control.

Please note that the name on the credit card should be the same as the guest name.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.
